THE EFFECT OF LOGISTICS COMPETENCIES ON WORKING PERFORMANCE: A RESEARCH ON THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDERS

چکیده
Amaç – 21. yüzyıldaki şirketlerin rekabet anlayışının odak noktası nitelikli insan kaynağı olmuştur. Bu bağlamda faktörü altın anahtar rolü üstlenmektedir. Lojistik şirketlerinde adayların belirlenmesi ve seçiminde en önemli kriter yetkinlik kavramıdır. araştırmanın temel amacı, lojistik yöneticilerinin yetkinlikleri ile performansları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir.
 Yöntem –Araştırmanın örneklemini Uluslararası Nakliyeciler Derneğinin İstanbul kentinde faaliyet gösteren Üçüncü Parti (3PL) sağlayıcı hizmeti veren 78 şirkette görev yapan yöneticiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan anket Haziran-Temmuz 2019 tarihleri arasında online yüz yüze uygulanmıştır. kolayda örneklem yöntemi seçilmiştir. 194 yöneticiden geri dönüş alınmıştır.
 Bulgular Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda yapılan regresyon analizinde çalışan performansı pozitif yönlü yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.
 Sonuç farkındalık, genel yönetim, davranış, analitik bilişim yetkinliklerinin üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı etkiye sahip görülmüştür. Çevre olmadığı
